The FMC1 workshop is designed to introduce you to the FRESH! Coaching framework, and Functional Movement Analysis model. This system is a simple and engaging approach to help anyone improve their movement skills, while acquiring the knowledge necessary to safely get the results and your clients desire.

You will learn the skills needed to perform and coach each of the 7 primal movement patterns (Push, Pull, Bend/Hinge, Squat, Lunge, Gait, Rotate), in addition to effective scapular and pelvic bracing strategies. These skills will improve conversion of prospects, and help you onboard new clients. Participants also receive analysis forms and a model for implementing it into your coaching sessions.
